Employment Law UK Limited was founded in 1999 by highly trained lawyer and current director Elizabeth Vanbergen who specialises in employment law. She was awarded a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the College of Law in 1997 and has an honours degree in Law from the University of London. Elizabeth Vanbergen successfully completed the post graduate Bar Vocational Course in 2002 at City University London.

Over 20 years experience working for both employer and employee, Elizabeth Vanbergen is regarded locally as being able to offer the most skilled advice on any employment situation.

Since starting the company she has been a guest on BBC Radio Kent’s morning show, fielding phone-in questions on employment law from listeners and she has also given an extended interview for ITV’s documentary “Jobs From Hell” outlining the legal issues surrounding the employment matters featured.
